Is it time to put your prices up?

We hope you will take from this and apply it to your business.

A client was ‘concerned’ about putting prices up when all around, competitors were charging more - a good £3/£4 pounds an hour more.

As you would expect, the Bossman dived in and advised a price increase, not just £1 an hour more but to go level with competitors.

Meaning

An increase in £3 per hour, over 30 billable hours per week, gives an additional £90 per week.

Work over 50 weeks per year (what, Bossman??), which gives an extra income of £4,500 per year.

Fabulous.

Now, what if the increase was to £38 per hour? Reasonable!

That gives an increase of an extra £6,000 per year.

Wow!

What would you use that for?
